Before your appointment
To make your hospital experience more easier and comfortable, it is best if you arrange for an appointment. Patients having an appointment will be seen first before any walk-in patients. You will be given an appointment reminder phone call a day

Follow-up Patients
After your initial check with the OPD Physician, you will be given your next appointment at the Reception Area of the clinic of your choice as per the Doctor’s advice/request.
Attendance
You are advised to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled for another day. This protects all appointment times for other patients. This also ens

The following documents need to be brought to your appointment, if you do not have these it is likely that your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Upon arrival at the Outpatient Department you will be directed to the designated Reception Area of your clinic appointment. Before your appointment you will be asked for your appointment card and Civil ID/other identification papers, and payment
