These are exciting times for Alorf Hospital. The staff is larger than ever before, the hospital is undergoing expansion, setting up of satellite clinics, and providing more innovative services to meet the needs of our client population. We have gone a long way from our humble beginnings as a single OB Gyne Clinic from 1998. Now we are a secondary hospital with a 100-bed capacity. 

Alorf Hospital is leading the way in many patient safety initiatives, having just received the thumbs up from Accreditation Canada on its very first try. This provides us with pride and motivation to do our very best in providing safe and excellent care to our clients. 

As what we can glean from these recent developments, clearly, Alorf Hospital’s best resources are our employees. We continue to be successful in recruiting bright and enthusiastic individuals who are making a difference in the lives of our patients. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds and a mix of multi-national employees. Employees join our team with different skill sets, which gives us the opportunity to tailor training to meet individual needs.
