Before your appointment

To make your hospital experience more easier and comfortable, it is best if you arrange for an appointment. Patients having an appointment will be seen first before any walk-in patients. You will be given an appointment reminder phone call a day


New Patients

If you want to see a physician in the Outpatient Department (OPD) at Alorf Hospital, we accept walk-in patients. Present yourself to the Reception Area of the clinic of your choice and the receptionists will assist you in making your doctor&r


Follow-up Patients

After your initial check with the OPD Physician, you will be given your next appointment at the Reception Area of the clinic of your choice as per the Doctor’s advice/request. 


Attendance

You are advised to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled for another day. This protects all appointment times for other patients. This also ens


What should I bring?

The following documents need to be brought to your appointment, if you do not have these it is likely that your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

When you arrive

Upon arrival at the Outpatient Department you will be directed to the designated Reception Area of your clinic appointment. Before your appointment you will be asked for your appointment card and Civil ID/other identification papers, and payment


Preparation for laboratory tests

Required laboratory investigations will be ordered by the Physician and signed laboratory forms and specific instructions will be given by the assigned Nurse.


Preparation for CT scan

Depending on which part of your body is being scanned, you may need to fast for a period of time beforehand. You will be informed before your appointment whether a period of fasting is required. On arrival at the hospital, please report to the CT

The Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Payment should be made at the cash counter in the pharmacy. After payment, please present your receipt to the pharmacy medication dispensing counter and collect you
